I ordered a watch from Flipkart Order ID – OD121345162844089000
FOSSIL FS5308 THE MINIMA Analog Watch – For Men. Ordered on March 24, 2021 and delivered to me on 31 March I gave the money to the wishmaster in cash on delivery. Then when I unboxed the packet, it did not have a watch but only it was full of paper. After that when I wanted to put a return request, my status was being canceled. There was no option to return there. Then he called Flipkart customer care and told him his problem, he took my complaint, he filed a complaint for my order status is not update to delivered. We sent it over email and said that the solution will be found in 24 hours. After two days, again Flipkart customer care said to us on call and email, manual refund will be done on your account, send your account number. I sent the account detail after that then the call came to verify the account number. After verify, it said that 72 hours will be spent on both email and call and it will take 72 hours to reflect in your account and I said, OK, I wait. Today it has been 15 days, my money has not yet come into my account. Now I email and call, so no one is taking responce, it is only spoken daily, money will come in 24 hours. I complained a lot but I am not sharing my money. I am sending you the email of Flipkart to prove that you are requested to take action on Flipkart and get the money exchanged as soon as possible.
