Text of Complaint by Nazir:

I returned a parcel on 2nd December with a Return ID RT166520855 and the pickup boy came at my doorstep and took the exact same parcel i had ordered. After that Ajio provided me a promised refund date of 19th December after waiting till 19th nothing happened they didnt initiate my refund. Next day I called them and asked why they didn’t initiate my refund so they told me that the returned product is a Non Ajio product. I was shocked when i heard this response from their end. Luckily i had recorded a video clip where the courier boy was taking the exact order from my end. So i shared the video and images of the product taken from my end but unfortunately i am still waiting for my refund.
