I have order my Wall clock in Flipkart on August 02, 2023.
My order id is : OD428780431125032100.
My order got Delivered by Ekart Logistics – FMPP1790766651 on 11th of August, 2023.
I got Defective product, so I make Replacement of that on 13th of August, 2023.
I got message like Your order got delivered on 21st of August, 2023, without delivering my product.
So that I enable Refund process. after that they picked my product on 24th of August.
On that day I got message like Out for Pick message, after picked my product I Didn’t get any message like Order got Picked-up.
After some time I got message like your product Mismatched due to that Refund got Cancelled. I raised complaint regarding this to Flipkart. They are saying your product not yet picked up from you.
