Respected sir/madam
Order I’d 404-0400618-7025105.i just a product on Amazon i paid UPI payment on 17th may i need to present a gift for my student as soon as possible so I requested fast delivery so then i paid for the fastest delivery too.The order was delayed 2days even it’s ok for it i just waited finally it reached when it opened it was different product and even not working condition too i felt unhappy n sad too.i took a video of this unboxing i send it below so I just returned this product of so many delaying and so many issues and neglating i felt bad experience on this number of time messages and number of phone calls and Gmail to the Amazon coustomer support but no response from the side just tried of this issue with waitied l.But there’s a hope it’s not fool me and my refund amount will get back to my account but not resolved yet and not received any amount at last few days back I got a mail tht i returned was wrong i it just shocked by seeing the message their not responding properly and not received phn connected so I’m sending this complaint to legal the issue I’ll make me solve i hope it works and pray for it thanking you
