I orderd a samsung mobile battery which was not working and damaged .And then I self return my product to Amazon but Amazon didn’t receive it and ask me to self return it again and didn’t refund my money.I also talk to the customer service of Amazon but they don’t take any action and didn’t refund my money. Please take action against Amazon and refund my money by Amazon.
