i have order an product from amazon in march month after checking it the product that i have order was found different so return it to the courier boy after waiting so long… my refund was not initiated to me till now its almost more than 2 months i have also talk to the customer care executive they told me that refund will be processed to me in my bank account but till now its not happening… and the amazon customer care not telling me about it… soplease help me
