I had mistakely purchased Fire boltt MAX amoled ordered 27-6-22 product from company website and also made advance payment against it. Also i tried to cancel the order from company website but due to non availability i had contacted the customer care team regarding of it. As per guideline of customer care team i had refused 30-6-22to take delivery of product and returned it to the company but still not receive the payment against it…. still it 20 days finish but iam not receiving refund amount 2849 rupees
