I book a ticket through IRCTC site …But it was showing in waiting list…later on it was not confirmed. So it was cancelled automatically…But I did not get any information or any message till 4 hours before the journey, so my family and I traveled by bus. But suddenly 1.50 minutes before I got the message that ticket confirmed.
I am not able to know that the ticket which was W/L when the chart was prepped 4 hours ago how it got confirmed all of a sudden.
It all went wrong and because of this my family had to travel by bus and got into trouble
so i want my money return.
But after 07 days refund is not credited to my account. i send many emails to irctc regarding this…but no action is taken by IRCTC.
