Text of Complaint by Hanumant kumar:

I had brought my furniture from Bihar to Mumbai from Bigship. To Maine is recharged 4000 rupees in company’s wallet on 29/06/2024. After that I started filling up through the company’s application for booking furniture but I was not paying any attention, I called the customer and told him the problem that I am paying attention to and told him that there is a GST bill. I didn’t tell him that this is my house, where will the GST bill come from, he told me that there will be no transport booking. I told him to do so and he said that household goods are not being transported. I told him that I have recharged Rs. 4000 and want to refund it. To say that you are mail [email protected] please send an email. I sent a mail(My consignment is not getting transported, Why don’t I bring my home goods, I didn’t know that household goods can’t be transported. Later I came to know that bigship doesn’t transport household goods, Before that I had recharged my Bigship wallet with RS. 4000/-( four thousand only).) on the same day till no one replied to me, I called the customer care and told my problem and said that I have also mailed but till now no one has replied so I asked who. I mailed it to my main [email protected]. I have contacted client.service@gmail and they said if you are not successful then send another mail to [email protected] and I will talk to my team for refund. I sent a mail the same day but there was no response so I called the customer and said sir the money will not be refunded I said either you refund me or give permission to book my luggage transport she said When he told me that he would not refund me and would not give me permission to transport, he disconnected the phone. I then (for the third time) mailed to the company and reply
As we have already informed you several time over the call as well that the as per the bigship SOP wallet amount cannot be transfer to bank .
My recharged RS 4000/- (Four thousand only) in Bigship wallet is not being transferred to my bank account so I request you to please transfer the money from my wallet to my bank account.bigship my wallet recharge money is not returned. Therefore you are requested to please refund. But for this I will always remain indebted to you.
