I used Airtel Thanks App for recharging pack of Rs. 598 on 1st August , Saturday at 2:42am through Google Pay. The transaction was complete but, due to technical error recharge did not happen but they said that my amount will be refunded in few days time. Still my amount isn’t refunded and hasn’t reflected my balance. Please look upon my matter.
