Text of Complaint by Balasubramani:

I have ordered a product “Sansui 5 L Instant Water Geyser with Pipes (Azure, Cobalt Blue)” on 11-08-2022. But, I have received a damaged product. I have tried voice customer support. I did not get a resolution.

Note : Box opened by Installation engineer. HE only confirmed this product was damaged one!
