Text of Complaint by Priyal Kedia:

On 29th November, in the late evening I booked a Rapido ride. I wanted to reach home quickly and rapido was the only thing that I could find so I decided to take it. My rapido driver didn’t say anything throughout the ride but when he dropped me to my location, he asked me for my number. I thought there was some issue with my contact number on the app so I gave it and then he kept asking me again and again if he could call me. I ran into my house and didn’t put much thought into this. He texted me on Whatsapp and Hangouts after that and I blocked him in both of those platforms. He now keeps calling me all day despite me blocking his number, he finds new numbers to contact me through. I’m so disappointed in Rapido. I have tried contacting them several times and have not received any response.
