I had ordered a kindle from Amazon on 2nd October and on the site it was updated on 3rd October that the product has been delivered. And no product was delivered. Other products which were ordered have been delivered accept this one. I even have a cctv footage of the same day. Since that day I have been complaining against it and Amazon customer care is saying that the product has been delivered. They are not even giving me the time when the product was delivered as with that I can get the cctv footage. The name of the Amazon customer care employee is Ashish. Amazon is not helping at all.
I complaint several times, they even told that the refund has been initiated but next time they refused.
First time when I complaint I as told to wait for 1-2 days more as sometimes by mistake the delivery boy makes mistakes then they said an enquiry has been launched and then they said they have initiated the refund and now they are saying that the product has been delivered on 3rd of October.
