Text of Complaint by Apeksha Patil:

I ordered two products from Meesho with the following tracking information:

Product 1:

Customer Reference No: 858217279596_1_ZDJ
Reference No: M00170455743
Product 2:

Customer Reference No: 106820906964_1_QSC
Reference No: M00170353905
Although the products were marked as delivered, I did not receive them. Upon contacting Meesho customer service, I learned that the delivery was supposed to be handled by Pocketship company. I kindly request you to investigate this matter, and contact the delivery person so that I can retrieve my products at the earliest convenience.
