Dear Sir,

I have booked Outdoor travel Bag Optional Unis@x Backpacks Order Number – SO42868851 as on 25th August 2018 of Rs.1623. Also done online Payment of Rs.1623 for this product.

But till time I have not received my product on time. Your estimated time is also over but till date i have not received my product. Please do needful immediately or if not possible get back my money return.

I have book this product through club factory mobile application. When I track my product through club factory mobile application I got tracking no.(tracking no. – 13774184685357 courier – xpressbees carrier’s phone number – 020-49116100). But when I tracking my product i have got message no information found against this tracking number. I also call to courier company but they say they can not get my product please contact to club factory and club factory not receiving the call.

And club factory application shows the my tracking stage is “Customs Clearance” showing in same stage from 31st August 2018 to till date.
