My problem is I have received wrong product which is old, used and damaged which I want to return but no courier boy is coming to pick up my product and pickup is getting rejected. After all why is this and courier boy calls later and says you have entered wrong reason so courier boy is not picking up my product and once courier boy came and said your money will be transferred to your bank account but He didn’t take my product.
