Sir I am Sanjoy kumar mohanty a 75% disable person booked 7 kg surf from paytm on 19/10/2018 having order number 6323982940 but it is not deliver to me yet the when i ask to the delhivery courier (AWB Number 693357355416) they are telling it is lost but the paytm customer care not responding my mail they are telling it is not their responbility so please help me i am a poor handycapped person
