Dear sir I am Sanjay a disabled person booked 7 kg detergent powder from Paytm on 29/10/2018 having order id 6323982940 but when I contacted the delhivery courier they are telling the product is lost on shipping (AWB No 693357355426) but the Paytm simply telling lies and extending the time of delivery every day so please help me to get back my money
