I am an existing One-Airtel Plan Platinum Customer with Primary Account No. 073145081562_dsl with parent postpaid number 9993669953 having 04 child add-ons (8518065599, 993669954, 9993650058, 9993649953) and 01 Data Sim (9993650119). On 16-09-2020, I visited the Airtel Store for reissuing of my Data Sim. Subsequent to the receipt of the sim, I returned home and checked my Airtel app, it reflected that Airtel Store has removed my One-Airtel Plan for no reason. To reconfirm the same, I spoke at the Customer Care, who was helpless in this matter and advised to get it modified from the Airtel Store itself. Subsequently, I revisited the same Airtel Store. I was shocked to know that they had removed all my numbers from One-Airtel Plan; made it One-Airtel Plan consisting of one postpaid and one broadband connection ONLY; resulting in a separate charge for each of my child add-ons!!
Terrified with this, I spoke with the Store Incharge, who was not able to answer any of my questions.
Comparison of my One-Airtel Plan (until today afternoon) and the new (unexplained) One-Airtel Plan can be checked from the following attachment.
You can easily see the difference in the monthly charges mention in the attachment, so kindly change my one airtel plan to the previous plan mentioned above in the first table with immediate effect. Also, I am attaching the previous month One Airtel Bill with this mail for your reference.
