Text of Complaint by TUHIN SUBHRA RATH:

I was ordering it 31 March and delivery date was showing 7th of April but it never come 7th of April then I just call and ask customer care team where is my product but thes don’t have any answer and also promised it should delivered 8th of April but it not delivered 8th of April then I was call and asked they was promised at 12 of April it delivered but at 11th of April it automatically cancelled when I call they are telling me ekart logistics was damaged that item and it returned to seller you should get refund at 20 of April but I want my order not refunded
