I am Libish T Balakrishnan, mobile number:8151888801. I am a IDEA postpaid customer from past 8.5 years. Last Sunday(19th June-2022) , my sim went off. Phone was showing no sim. It was a sunday, hence vodafone Idea store was closed. That entire day, I was not able to use my mobile due to this. Next day on Monday, I went to the nearest VI store in Kengeri sattelite town, bangalore. They said that as I was using idea sim, I need to change it to VI sim, hence the service was disconnected. @@%%%%..What a day to disconnect the service (Sunday) where I cant even get a solution to my problem coz all their stores are closed on Sundays. I submitted my Adhar card copy , they gave me a replacement sim and was assured that issue will be resolved in 4 hours. Its 96 hours(4 hours) since my connection went off. I am a field sales employee. I am using only 1 sim since last 8.5 years…i dont have any answers to my superiors, team members and my customers , who might have been trying to reach me on my number from last 4 days…where on earth you would face such an issue. This is really humiliating. whoever is the service head or the owners of Vodafone Idea, just pack your bag and sit at home when you cant resolve this issue.. 4 pathetic days…ridiculous…. I am not even expecting a reply after this experience..i am sharing this to all the social media platforms. I will wait till tomorrow 11 am for a resolution though I am not planning to continue with you for long after this incident. Every month you send me the bill without fail, and I pay before due date. You guys should be punished for this humiliation to a customer. I have lost lot of customers and reputation, will you get me that back. Where on earth, would you go through this frustrating pathetic experience.
