Respected Sir/Madam
I am Rajiv GAndhi D raising complaint for my Vodafone number 9884099041.
Due to poor service I ported my number on Nov-2019. till date non of my port request were approved. Vodafone asking me to pay the bill for which no data and service was given.
I have been using this number since 2007 and recent few years the got the worst service in the world. I paid two months bill earlier and requested for porting but Vodafone never approved it and asking to pay the bill which is the worst part.
I am no more working in Corporate and job less i cannot afford to pay Rs-400 /month Please check my history log with Vodafone and give me justice.
Vodafone cannot reach me (9884099041) when i am at home because i don’t get tower at all. your network team have come many time to validate and suggested for booster, which you people have not approved it.
