I booked my journey of 4 passanger on 27 june 2023 from banaras to new delhi in kashi vishwanath on boarding TTE deboard us on next station without any help & humiliated us in entire coach my pnr no is 2462944668 i am facing a lot of issue with my mom who is medically unfit i mailed alot to different departments of railway enquiry but no one responded or helped after wards they stopped replying us informatically
My money is not refunded
