While sitting in my office I received SMS on 25th Jan 2019 from Vodafone stating that as per my request they have changed my plan to Red entertainment 499 plan but I NEVER visited any Vodafone store on that day neither asked to change my plan ! After which I wrote several emails to Vodafone customer care and was unable to make them understand the real fact. How can anyone change my plan without my permission or authorization ? Isn’t there any security ?
