Text of Complaint by Simran:

I am Simran, writing to express my concerns on behalf of my mother. In May, we applied for Paytm Postpaid and subsequently paid our bills. However, towards the end of the month, we found that my mother’s Paytm account had been frozen. We were advised to settle an outstanding balance of INR 171, which we attempted to do by clicking on the payment option and entering our details. When we wait for a message from Paytm, it does not send one. Instead, it informs us that we have failed three attempts and need to try again after 24 hours. We have been attempting to pay the outstanding amount for a week now with no success. The issue has left my mother unable to execute any transactions with the money in her Paytm wallet. This situation has become quite frustrating for us, and we earnestly appeal for your help in resolving the matter and reactivating my mother’s Paytm account. We would appreciate any positive feedback you may have.
