My paytm fastag not activated after 15 days of receiving & also paytm customer care have no any solution,
even Paytm CEO is also lazy & not responsible because he had also not revert on my mail for this issue,
It’s totally farzi call center for customer service.
Customer care is also totally helpless for gave a solution & also not having a escalation matrix of complaint.
