Hello sir. I have bought a phone from Paytm Mall so i was supposed to get 9000 cashback. I have registered a complaint regarding my issue but somehow it didn’t get resolved yet.
They keep asking about the bank details but didn’t send the money. It didn’t seem like they even consider my problem. Now it’s been 2 months since I’ve been working on this matter.
I don’t know what else should I have to do. They even closed my case without resolving it and said your case has been resolved from our side.
I hope that I will get some help from you.
