I have paid 2800 to jyoti contraction on 17 feb 2023 at 11.13 am.. but if got failed but my money god debited from paytm account. After that i have called them three times for my refund but they keep on saying account to paytm if amount deducted it refund within 48 hrs automatically.. but it didnt came till not its more than 15 days .. i am fed up with complaining again n again there answers are same our banking team will contact you but i didnt received a single call from there side till now they keep on sending me problem related tickets my first problem ticket number was 3270779991.. and last complaint ticket number is 3273305800.. i just want my money back from paytm. One thing more if someone get late to pay there any amount on paytm postpaid they charges very high interest i just want to know they made my payment wait till now its 2800 how much extra they pay me not for interest but the harassment done by them to me.. there coustomer service is too poor again n again sir wait for 48 hours wait for 3 days i have recorded every call every proof i have with me i beg to consumer court please help mw to get my hardest money as soon as possible
