My order i was mentioned as delivered morning I received a message mention OT and the delivery agent name in it without any contact number and by afternoon it’s mentioned as delivered it was paid order and there was no one available home to receive order and no one called me to collect OT to deliver but it is mentioned as delivered and there was no proper response from customer support team also for the issue.
