I choosed pick up on the same day product delivered, but no one contacted me till today, i called amazon 10-15 times and every time they said me that your parcel will be picked up within 3 working days, and they repeated it every time but no one came to pickup my parcel in real, they said that you declined delivery boy to return parcel and i never did it, daily that delivery partner ( delhivery) cancel my pick up themselves and shows that house was locked, customer declined to return parcel, etc… Today 20 days have been passed but i didn’t get good response and also treated badly by amazon customer care they talked me rudely last 4-5 times. … Plz help me
