I search for logistics online because i need to send a laptop to delhi from assam so i dnt know how that guy got my number and how he know about i need to parcel something so guy call me he told they deal with all India cargo services so i said ok so he said they can deliver my package pickup n delivery will be their only by 550 including gst so it was ok for me after wards they created a invoice in which everything was mentioned like order no,AWB number and the company name as Ekart surface even when i put those numbers online it was showing correctly so the next day a person from the city of assam which was a genuine person who works with Ekart surface i dint saw his ID card or anything but he used to stay near my home around half KM away so he scan with his work mobile app but it was not scanning it was showing error so i called that guy as it was not scanning he told it will after a serval try he told do take it in the office it will be scanning but manually so that pickup boy took it to office as he has to take other pickup as-well so he reached to office at 7 PM in a mean while that guy told me that you can do the payment now so i send it RS 550 through a barcode scanner and after i have done the payment in the evening the pickup boy has returned the item saying it was not scanning manually also so i call him again he said it will be reassign again so now it was 2 days still no reassign was done so i told him to repay my money back he told he is doing but after a lots of call and messages i did as he was not refunding the amount he block me
