Hi,
My outgoing validity says expired even though I had recharged for Rs 1000 lifetime vodaphone unlimited talktime validity. Why does a company cheat it’s customer by turning their plans…Can they refund my 1000rs back.
This is utter rubbish, it’s nothing but cheating the customer in the open market and TRA is doing nothing.
