I have ordered around 5-6 items via Amazon in a span of 5 months but the orders never reach to me. The delivery boy always asks me to take the product from the city where amazon centre is made, which is 10 kms away from my location.
There were some orders that I made and were very important for me, so I have received it by going to that other location i.e. Parasia, M.P. But most of the orders were cancelled by themselves even if I insisted to deliver it to the address I stated in my order. After all this their mobile application shows that ‘You returned/cancelled this order’, while I have nothing to do with those cancellations or returns.
If Amazon does not intend to deliver my product, they should show some message in the website that my location is not deliverable, otherwise its a waste of my time and money used to purchase their prime member subscription.
I have also complaint the Amazon customer services a number of times regarding the same, that the delivery in this location is never done, they did not resolved my concern.

PS: I have one more order placed and lined up for delivery soon. That I am sure will not be delivered and cancelled by themselves.
