I have ordered a dress for Rs 499 and I have paid from my bank account.. But I haven’t got my ordered dress.

The same scam has happened to me, I had placed an order on 30th October. I too did receive a confirmation message but my order has still not been delivered. I paid for the clothes Rs.997. This is completely outraging that they’re scamming people like this!
Even I have placed an order on 1st Nov 2020, but haven’t received any confirmation about the order otherwise than an SMS. There is nowhere on the website also to track the order. My order no is 8640 amounting to Rs. 1225/- I definitely need my products delivered or money refunded. After seeing all these complaints I am feeling very insecure and damn fooled. Kindly help in solving this for everyone. Styleguru website should be stopped and everybody’s money should be refunded. In these difficult times when people are trying to save every penny, they coax people like us by really low prices and then dupe us. This is unfair at any point of time but right now it’s really very Inhumane .
I too have ordered for Rs.683 and no update yet. By seeing all others feedback i also realize that i also have been cheated. No way to track no way for refund. How we people get cheated.
I wrote to Styleguru on 6th nov and got a response on 7th that they will refund in 7 to 10 working days. I want to be hopeful and await for the refund for another 3 to 4 days. If o dont receive the refund then I am definitely going to file a complaint. I think everyone should write to them and still if we dont receive the refund then filing a complaint is a must because we should surely stop them from duping more people.
The same scam has happened with me……that website is fake……I have ordered 2 tops on 13 Nov and still not get my order yet……..they are fraud
