Text of Complaint by Satya:

I received a bliss club all day pant on 4th August by amazon. It was scheduled to be picked up on 7th August. When it was too late in the afternoon, I cancelled the pick up. But on system, the ‘pick up cancellation’ was not showing. Yet after one hour delivery guy came to pick up. I gave it to him as there was no otp system for confirmation. It was picke up on 7th aug. I waited till the next day. Still the pick up was not showing on app. I complained about the same on 8th, then on 10th, again on 15 th August. They are saying it’s technical problem, tickets are being raised each time I call and then they are closing it without informing. It’s been 10 days already. They are not providing me the name or number of the person who came for pick up that day.
