I ordered a product from the Amazon site. On the date of delivery the delivery person didn’t call me and went back with my product. Before the delivery I talked to customer care and gave him the alternate number so if I’m not reachable he can call me on my another number but he didn’t. When I talked again with the customer care he told me that my item is still with the delivery person and he is gonna deliver it to me by the 10:00 pm but he didn’t. This is not the first time that it’s happening. Whenever I order something big thing they just put it into reattempt and take back the order
