I had ordered a smart watch from Flipkart on 05th October 2022, whose expected delivery on 14th oct then changed to 15th oct but today its 17th of October ,yet they haven’t delivered my order to me and giving silly excuses to wait till 20th October and etc.My order id of Flipkart is : OD126183324099327000.Then suddenly their executive cancelled my product as per our conversation I had said him that I will wait till 17 or 18th oct to get the product delivery then go for cancellation but suddenly today morning he himself cancelled my product .Please look into the matter, I am in a lot of distress. I want Flipkart to compensate for the damages they caused me like mental harassment,stressed and falsified information on tracking my order which they call a glitch . They need to learn their mistake and pay for it
