I have placed an order on Jio mart on 08th May 2023 and I haven’t received my order after several followup they canceled my order with out proper information and Initiated refund on 12th May 2023 and until now i haven’t received my payment and on 17th i had placed another order on COD as the promised date shown at the time of placing the order is 18th may 2023 but everyday my order status moves ahead by one day and there is no proper response from Jio mart customer support and no solution is being provided. Out of my last 5 Groceries orders i received only one and remaining are get cancelled with out proper information.
