I had ordered 2 products of “weezly 12inch LCD Writing Pad ,Writing Tablet Erasable & Rechargeable for Kids” it was supposed to be delivered on 16th Feb, but I received an email on 14th Feb saying that the product has been delivered but I did not receive any delivery, when i contacted the customer care they said that the issue will be resolved by 20 th Feb, and today ie 19th Feb they called and said that the item has been delivered, but I have not received any product from them. I have already paid the amount for that and now they are saying that nothing can be done. Is this not a cheating. It is not a matter of only money, I had ordered it for a kid’s birthday which was on 16th feb and I could’nt give that gift to that kid. I request you to take action against such companies who are cheating people.
