Text of Complaint by Dipali Sakharkar:

My Zomato order ID: is rejected by restaurant and payment is deducted and said that the cancellation charges is deducted. I didn’t cancel the order then why my money is not refunded? Also chat support shows that the customer is unreachable but there is no call in my phone history. No what to do?
