I ordered a laptop and a webcam as a combo from amazon.in on 25Aug2020 . The webcam is essential to my work meetings as the laptop doesn’t have a inbuilt webcam. I received the laptop on 26 Aug 2020 but not the webcam.
I received a mail stating both my order was delivered which is not true. So I raised a complaint about the missing webcam to Amazon customer service.
I would like to raise a complaint against Amazon demanding compensation for the trouble and lack of seriousness
