i order my fastag from paytm app on 3 dec 2019 at that time app showing 8 dec dispacth and 10 dec delivery date. but at 8 dec order didnt ship and i call to paytm fastag toll free no and they said you received your order in time within 48 hours. but on 10 dec 2019 i didnt receive my order.
i call back on 10 dec about my order they said they delayed in order and told me that recieve your order within 48 hours and wait for it..
again i call on 12 dec 2019 and i told i didnt receive my order. they told me that they ship order in xpress bess shipment i asked him for order id and i track on expressbess they showing no data fount..
i agian call on 14 dec today and told i didnt receive my order and they told you get within 48 hours ..
so every time they told me that you get wihthin 48 hrs.. still i not received my order.. plz look into it
