Hi Sir/madam
I ordered Samsung washing machine using vouchers given by company and remaining paid with credit card on June 3 2022.Till now product is not delivered and amount also dint get refunded. Moreover Customer executive said this is technical issue from Flipkart will try to resolve but till now their was no update and they are directly closing my complaint as resolved.
When asked for refund trying to may be refund done for product ordered in may but actually ordered this in June 2022
