Hello sir/madam,
I have placed order on moongoddesscouture website on Nov 14th 2024 order number 688390.
As per the delivery guidline they provided maximum was 90days and it’s been almost one year.
I have not received my order not the refund. After trying to contact them so many times didn’t get anyupdate till saying that will register complaint against them, later once I got respond from them on May 28th through Gmail stating stock has damaged soon share you the status and no update again.
Now I have not received order not my refund so far could you please help me to get refund.
I believe they cheating common people by taking order and money without delivering product or delaying and using the money to do other business.
I demand a justice for common people from this type of frauding
