Hello team.
I have been contacting the support every day since the 1st of July to deliver the order post 7 PM because the exchange mobile is currently in use and is being used by my father, who is working and returns home only by 7.
However, he has now taken a day off from work, just to get the delivery today, but no delivery-related update has been made.
This has become really frustrating because you people do not check the delivery instructions and you make us take a day off from our work for delivery and that also is not confirmed.
I am not sure how many times I have spoken to customer support, called them, etc etc. Every time they say they will escalate, they have added a note, but simply nothing happens.
