Requesting a refund of my payment
Dir Sir or Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.
I purchased a [Bharat lifestyle fabric 3+1+1 sofa set] , and paid a total amount of [18951].
It seems that the product is missing in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and blacklisted my account too and I am raised many complaint about this issue so I am here for your help so please help and my financial condition is very bad because of this pendamic so please helpp me
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund for a missing item product.
I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
