I have ordered ARISTOCRAT BREEZA TROLLEY BAG SET on MAY 10 PAYMENT WAS PREPAID ORDER AND got DELIVERED WITH DAMAGED PRODUCT ON MAY 15 THEN i asked for RETURN and REFUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT SUGGESTED for REPLACEMENT , asper conversation , PICKUP DATE WAS GIVEN ON MAY 27 PICKUP WAS NOT i escalated problem to customer support they again given PICKUP date on may 31 when i CONTACTED DELIVERY AGENT , HE SAID TO RETURN IN EKART OFFICE DUE TO UNAVAILABLE TRANSPORTATION, SO I WENT & RETURNED IT on MAY 31AT EKART LOGISTICS OFFICE, FLIPKART KNE TEAM ITSELF PLACED NEW ORDER team has given promised delivery date was on june 7 later extended to june 10 then again extended to 2 business working days TILL NOW NOO RESPONSE FROM BACKEND TEAM I WANT CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND MONEY
