I had order groceries and daily necessities from jio Mart in 21/08/2020 order no 15980297469062772A and paid ₹2038.79 online. On 25th Aug Jio-mart app was showing incorrectly that the order was delivered on but till date the order is not delivered at my place. Since 25/08/2020 I am sending mail and calling their consumer care on daily basis but no action is taken from their side. I only received assurance that your order will be delivered.
Finally, beginning of this month I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back to me. but every time they gave different answers, they said will get back in 7 days, within 48 hours and sometimes said will get back within 24 hours. But till now have not received a single call from Jio-Mart team to update me regarding my refund. when i finally got to speak with escalation team after waiting for nearly half an hour to 45 mins, she too started saying same, ‘will get back to you within 48 days’. And to my surprise I found that my refund process had still not been initiated. it had been nearly 14 days since I asked them to cancel my order and initiate refund and those guys say this kind of lies.
I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
I have around 10 to 11 complaints Registered with them but still didn’t get proper response from the team.
Is this how big companies like Reliance respond to our PM Modi’s effort to not rely on western companies like Amazon, if so then I am disappointed and you are also making a lot of people/ small companies disappointed who look up to you to take initiative. What you are doing is pushing me to use services provided by those companies.
