Hi All,
I am dissatisfied customer. The customer service is nonsense. I have spoken to so many executives and no one has helped me at all.
I placed this order on 26th January and the order was supposed to be delivered on 29th Jan . The deliver person was at the door step and he asked me to give the OTP but I didn’t receive the same. He took back the order from my door step.
I called meesho the same day they said to wait for 4 days and the order will be delivered by 2nd Feb and the same was mentioned in the app.
Then I waited till 2nd Feb the order was not delivered. I called in 3rd Feb they said the order will be delivered by 4th.
I waited till 4th feb the order was not delivered. I called on 5th Feb and the agent was so rude to me as if she has paid for my order. I asked her to make me speak to the supervisor she disconnected the call .
I called again and the agent didn’t make me speak to the supervisor. I waited till the 6th Feb for the order it was not delivered. I called on the 7th Feb and spoke to a supervisor who assured me that the order will be delivered to me by 8th Feb however it was not. I waited till the 9th Feb and I called today and spoke to one of the agent and asked him to transfer my call to the supervisor the call got disconnected. Then I called again and spoke to one agent And he made me speak to Raj sharma( supervisor). He was not at all listening to me . You can listen to the call as well and repeating the same thing. After waiting for 12 days he is asking me to wait for 4-5 working days more. THATS CRAZY.
I ASKED HIM TO GIVE ME A REFUND he advised me to wait for 4-5 working days and then 8-10 days for the refund.
It is not about the money it is about ethics. I want the order to be delivered today otherwise I want a refund within max 48 hours.
Also I need a call from someone who can actually talk like a human and not like a robot.
