I ordered a Xiaomi smart pen from official website of mistorepalava on 16 March 2023 ; 10:14PM . But still I haven’t received my order.
When I inquired about my order they delivered the order to a wrong person at a wrong address.
Now they didn’t respond to my complaint on message, call or
even email .
They didn’t refund my amount or deliver my order.
I want my money back or my product as soon as possible.
Please do the needful.
